the e-book cannot be opened or read due to a technical error on our side,
the wrong e-book was provided,
the e-book is damaged or unreadable and the issue cannot be resolved.
Refunds are not possible if:
access to the e-book has already been provided, except in the cases listed above.

your order number,
a brief description of the issue,
screenshots if applicable.
We will respond within a reasonable time and provide a solution.
