Refunds are possible if:
the digital file cannot be downloaded due to a technical error on our side,
the wrong digital product was delivered,
the file is damaged and the issue cannot be resolved.
Refunds are not possible if:
the download of the digital content has started, except in the cases listed above.

your order number,
a brief description of the issue,
screenshots if applicable.
We will respond within a reasonable time and provide a solution.
