These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital products (e-books) through the website www.squirrel-publishers.com. By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Digital Products
The seller offers digital products in the form of e-books (digital content). Products are delivered electronically only. No physical shipment is involved.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices on the website are displayed in British pounds (GBP) and can also be shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) using the currency switcher. All card payments are charged in Serbian dinars (RSD), converted from the displayed price at the current exchange rate. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the RSD amount at its own exchange rate, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the price shown on the website.
The seller is not registered for VAT.
Payment is made online using payment cards through a secure payment system provided by the bank. The total payable amount is clearly displayed before order confirmation.
4. Ordering Process
The customer selects the desired product, adds it to the cart, and completes the checkout process. Before placing the order, the customer is shown an order summary including product details and total price.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
After successful payment, the e-book is made available immediately for reading online on our website. A link to the book is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address provided during checkout. To read, the customer logs in to the account created at checkout. To protect intellectual property, e-books are available for online reading only and cannot be downloaded.
6. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content
According to consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment.
By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees that the delivery of the digital content (e-book) begins immediately after payment. Once access to the e-book has been provided, the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
7. Complaints and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not possible once access to the e-book has been provided, except in the following cases:
the e-book cannot be opened or read due to a technical issue caused by the seller,
the wrong e-book was provided,
the e-book is damaged or unreadable and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
In such cases, the customer should contact the seller at info@squirrel-publishers.com and provide the order number and a description of the issue. The seller will resolve the issue or issue a refund where applicable.
8. Copyright Protection
All e-books are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of the purchased digital content is strictly prohibited.
9. Final Provisions
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
