These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital products (e-books) through the website www.squirrel-publishers.com. By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Digital Products
The seller offers digital products in the form of e-books (digital content). Products are delivered electronically only. No physical shipment is involved.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD).
The seller is not registered for VAT.
Payment is made online using payment cards through a secure payment system provided by the bank. The total payable amount is clearly displayed before order confirmation.
4. Ordering Process
The customer selects the desired product, adds it to the cart, and completes the checkout process. Before placing the order, the customer is shown an order summary including product details and total price.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
After successful payment, the e-book will be made available immediately:

via a download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
-
via email sent to the address provided during checkout.
Download access may be limited by time and/or number of downloads to protect intellectual property.
6. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content
According to consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment.
By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees that the delivery of the digital content (e-book) begins immediately after payment. Once the download or delivery has started, the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
7. Complaints and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not possible once the download has started, except in the following cases:

the file cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue caused by the seller,
-
the wrong file was delivered,
-
the file is corrupted or unusable and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
In such cases, the customer should contact the seller at info@squirrel-publishers.com and provide the order number and a description of the issue. The seller will offer a replacement file or a refund where applicable.
8. Copyright Protection
All e-books are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of the purchased digital content is strictly prohibited.
9. Final Provisions
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
